Noviembre.

November first is upon, us friends. That means, it’s time for another round of Pub Talk!

This month we’ll be gathering ‘round the plaid couches and pub chairs at the Dog and Duck to discuss something that not only affects our neighborhoods, our community or our city, but the entire world. That topic? Homelessness.

We invite you to a pint and a dialogue engaging one another with the following three questions:


1. Does anyone at the table have a personal story that intersects with homelessness, or know someone else’s story that intersects with homelessness?

2. What would it look like for a faith community/church to engage on the issue of homelessness?

Join us this coming Tuesday, September 1 for the first Pub Talk!

Will will be discussing the transition from Wine for Jesus into Pub Talk. We can also just discuss transition in general. The following questions are going to be the outline of Tuesday nights discussion.

1. Does anyone at the table have a personal story that intersects with this issue, or know someone else’s story that intersects with this issue?

2. What would it look like for a faith community/church to engage on this issue?

3. What would it look like for you to engage on this issue?
